Dev was very diligent to keep working with me as I tried to get my old tankless water heater to work. When it was obvious it was not going to work, he came back on Saturday to install the new one. One small glitch was with the venting for the new water heater, but that was corrected by the following Tuesday. I am very pleased with the new water heater and my hot water.
