Oncall was great. I was told by a home inspector a truss was loose. Tanner assured me that there wasn't a problem, he climbed into the attic and investigated the problem first hand.
thought it was kind of odd though, he didn't bring a ladder. I didn't mind letting him use mine, but what if I didn't have one?

All Clear personnel were willing to explain the scope of their work. They did exactly what they said they would do and completed the project quickly. I would highly recommend this company. This is not the type of work that should be attempted by a non professional. We were happy to find this company to take on this project. We would recommend them for asbestos/mastic removal from old floors.
