I had 2 heavily soiled children's rugs. Cloud 9 took them and cleaned and deodorized them and left them as good as new - even for 30-year old rugs! The Oriental-Style area rug was also cleaned and it looks almost brand new. I would call them again. The representative was considerate and easy to work with.

Very Friendly, professional and personable guys came to clean my couch and chair with ottoman. The only issue that came up was that one of their trucks broke down, therefore they were running late getting to my house and I was told they had the incorrect phone number so they didn't call me until I called them. I was a little annoyed but they were apologetic and did get the job done quickly and thoroughly.
