Kerry & his crew were all great guys to work with. I did have problems with the poor workmanship of 1 sub. Kerry's own crew did the work over properly & KLM "ate" the cost. Oncall was great. I was told by a home inspector a truss was loose. Tanner assured me that there wasn't a problem, he climbed into the attic and investigated the problem first hand.

thought it was kind of odd though, he didn't bring a ladder. I didn't mind letting him use mine, but what if I didn't have one?
