I would give this service a C-.

Their first cleaning for us was "adequate" but inconsistent. They emptied some trash cans, not others, left cleaning residue on bathroom sink, water marks on microwave oven (cleaning water sloshed on never dried or wiped off), streaks on stainless steal refridgerator. There seemed to be a lot of dust and dirt remaining on the floors even though they were cleaned and vacuumed.

They did show up when they said they would , were flexible with scheduling, and price-matched our previous service.

3 employees showed up and 2 did an excellent job on the baths. The 3rd did mostly dusting which wasn't too good on cabinet door tops; still dusty. At 24 dollars an hour, the 2 that did the baths were well worth it. The 3rd however, who did all the dusting, didn't seem to me that she deserved $24 an hour. I would definitely call back the 2 that did the baths but would hope they leave behind the 3rd as it was not worth the money and only serves to hike up the price unnecessarily. I will be calling them back next month but will ask that only the 2 hard workers return.

Very professional and thorough!! They did an amazing job and we would highly recommend this company. They cleaned carpet spotless that we though was completely destroyed.
