| YES provided a free estimate, the tech showed up on time to meet with my tenant. The tenant appreciated the fact the tech had a uniform with his name, he put on booties to protect his shoes from the carpet, and he cleaned up his mess following his investigation. I had a little trouble in getting the estimate but once that was cleared up, YES performed very well. They scheduled the installation with the tenant and took care of all the logistics of getting in and out of the condo complex. I received two other estimates for this project and I spent a little more to go with YES but the customer service was worth it. |
